Clinical Counselling
Faye offers clinical counselling with a psychodynamic foundation, integrating approaches from CBT, brief focused therapy, and Jungian and Freudian–Kleinian theory. Sessions may take place in person — seated, walking outdoors, or in a more traditional setting on the therapy couch. Together, you’ll explore the deeper patterns, emotions, and experiences that shape your inner world, helping to uncover and release what holds you back. This process supports your healing, guiding you toward self-understanding, compassion, and lasting change.

Faye offers a warm, supportive space for you to explore your goals, purpose, and direction in life. Through Life Coaching, she helps you identify what’s holding you back, set clear intentions, and develop the confidence and motivation to move forward. Sessions focus on clarity, accountability, and personal growth, empowering you to create positive, lasting change. Life Coaching sessions can take place in person, as a walking session, or online, allowing you to work in a way that feels most comfortable and aligned.
