Terms & Conditions for Bookings and Sessions with Faye
By booking a session with Faye, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a clear, respectful, and professional working relationship.
1. Payment & Booking
• All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
2. Refund Policy
• Please note that all payments are strictly non-refundable. This applies to both online and in-person sessions.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (by Faye)
• Due to Faye’s ongoing health conditions ,and personal commitments, there may be rare occasions when she needs to reschedule your appointment.
• Should this occur, Faye will endeavour to offer you an alternative session within the same calendar month.
• You are required to accept a new date offered within that month. If you decline or fail to reschedule within that time, your payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
4. 4. Rescheduling (by Client)
• Faye does not operate a standard cancellation policy, and refunds are not provided.
• If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you will need to contact Faye directly via email fayemedium fb@gmail.com. Or text 07786658787 to discuss the possibility of rescheduling.
• As you can imagine, Faye’s diary is often fully booked as there is a high demand for her sessions and it is not always possible to reschedule at short notice.
• Rescheduling is at Faye’s discretion and cannot be guaranteed. If a suitable alternative date cannot be found, your payment will be forfeited
5. Late Arrivals (In-Person Sessions)
• Please ensure you allow sufficient time to arrive for your session.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and non-refundable due to back-to-back bookings.
• If you arrive late but within 15 minutes, your session may still go ahead but will end at the originally scheduled time.
6. Online Sessions & Internet Access
• For online sessions, please ensure you have a reliable internet connection, appropriate privacy, and a quiet, uninterrupted space.
• Faye accepts no liability for interruptions, poor internet service, or technical issues on the client’s end. Or for international call , you will be responsible to making sure the time booked is approximate for your time zone
• If your session cannot proceed due to these issues, no refunds or reschedules will be offered, so please check your connection in advance.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
• All personal information shared with Faye is treated with the strictest confidence and handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations.
• Session notes and personal data are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
• Online platforms used are carefully chosen for privacy, but Faye cannot guarantee complete security over the internet.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
• By attending a session, you acknowledge that Faye’s work is spiritual, intuitive, and therapeutic in nature.
• Faye’s services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for your own choices and wellbeing.
• According to Faye’s disclaimer, she accepts no liability for any emotional, psychological, or physical harm incurred during or after sessions, whether online or in person.
• By entering Faye’s premises or joining an online session, you do so entirely at your own risk.
9. International Clients
• Faye works under the laws and jurisdiction of the United Kingdom.
• By booking a session from outside the UK, you acknowledge that Faye accepts no liability for compliance with other countries’ laws or regulations relating to readings, healing, or spiritual work.
10. General
• Faye reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at her discretion.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice, though the version in place at the time of your booking will apply to your session.

By booking a session with Faye, you confirm that you are over 18 of sound mind and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
No liability is accepted for any consequences—direct or indirect—resulting from the use of information given during any of Faye’s sessions There is no guarantee that a reading or healing will bring about specific results or experiences.
CONFIDENTIALITY, PRIVACY AND STRICT NO RECORDING POLICY
To keep our time together safe, sacred, and fully confidential, I do not allow any audio or video recording of my sessions. We live in a very digital world, where information is constantly being stored, scanned, and processed by technology.
Once something is recorded on a device, it becomes part of your digital footprint — and modern systems, including AI-driven platforms, have the capacity to access or interpret parts of that footprint in ways that are not always visible or within our control. This leaves both you and me vulnerable to potential exploitation if sensitive material is ever accessed, shared, or exposed. It is also impossible to guarantee total privacy once something is recorded. Phones can be lost, stolen, hacked, or backed up automatically.
Many people also share iCloud logins, household devices, or accounts with family members — which means others could accidentally or intentionally access very private content without your knowledge. This could create a serious breach of your confidentiality, and under my duty of care and insurance obligations, I must proactively prevent that risk. Because our sessions may explore deep emotional, spiritual, and sensitive areas, protecting your privacy is essential. Not allowing recordings creates a safer container for both of us — ethically, spiritually, professionally, and energetically.
You are, however, warmly welcome to take written notes during your session so you can keep what is helpful while still maintaining full confidentiality and protection.
